Q: What are your methods of payment?
A: Your Hearts Desired accept Cash and Money Orders. Personal checks are accepted for deposits ONLY. There is a $30.00 fee for returned checks.

Did you know. . . When considering a popular venue for your affair, allow yourself ample time for booking (sometimes years in advance).
Q: What is your cancellation and refund policy?
A: In the event of a cancellation all payments made to date are non-refundable and all outstanding payments will be due immediately.

A: Your Hearts Desired plan a limited amount of parties to maintain our personalized relationships with our clients

A: Yes, we work with all budgets and available at any stage of the planning process.

A: Yes, your taste is incorporated into the party and we get your approval at all stages of the planning process.
Q: Why do I need a Party Planner?
A: The process of planning any event can be very exhausting. With so many important details in motion, the experience and skills of a party planner are principal to the success of your event.
Q: How much does your services cost?
A: Each coordinating package is customized to meet the individual needs of each client and event. During your consultation we'll listen to what you envision, explain how we can help develop that vision further, and then
quote
a flat fee based on all services discussed and contracted. This fee varies for each client depending on the size of the event, the time frame, location, and the complexity of the tasks to be performed.
